A true fairytale set against the backdrop of historic Kyiv!
In the enchanting ArtHall D12 venue, a luxurious wedding took place, impeccably catered by the inspired team at La Famiglia Catering.
For this exquisite celebration, we created true culinary masterpieces for the buffet table: eel tartare on nori chips, salmon with delicate cream cheese on mini toasts, Prosciutto di Parma with fresh pear, Gorgonzola mousse with honey caviar on brioche, ricotta with artichokes on Parmesan chips, and an assortment of fruits and berries.
Additionally, guests enjoyed refreshing signature lemonades with passion fruit and watermelon.
The cold appetizers included: salmon and avocado tartare, dorado ceviche with tomato sauce, fennel, and chili, vitello tonnato with turkey fillet, Italian meat antipasti, caprese with stracciatella, roasted peppers with vitello tonnato sauce, and fresh vegetables with Roquefort sauce.
Three types of bruschetta were served: with delicate salmon, juicy roast beef, and roasted peppers with cream cheese. And, of course, salads: panzanella with shrimp, a turkey and kale salad, and a green salad with quinoa, zucchini, and avocado.
Hot appetizers followed: conchiglioni with shrimp and oyster sauce, and baked eggplant rolls with mozzarella.
Later, guests savored the chef’s main courses: grilled dorado fillet with lime sauce, salmon fillet with creamy sauce, tender veal with peppers, pork cutlet with lemon risotto and pepper sauce.
This evening was a true celebration of taste and elegance! We warmly remember it and are delighted to have been part of it!
