For larger events, it is generally recommended to start preparations 2-3 months in advance to ensure all details, such as menu selection, venue decoration, and other key aspects, are covered. However, at La Famiglia Catering, we are flexible and ready to work at an accelerated pace to organize your event in the shortest possible time, while maintaining a high level of service and quality.

    • How do I determine the amount of food needed per person?

      On average, you should plan for 600-800g of food per person, including 150-200g of appetizers, 300-400g of main courses, and 100-150g of desserts. In terms of beverages, typically 1.5 liters of non-alcoholic drinks and 0.5 liters of alcohol per person is recommended.

    • Is the cost of tableware and decorations included in the banquet price?

      This depends on the specific order and the package offered. "Full-service" packages typically include all necessary items. However, when creating a personalized concept, we can offer different solutions and discuss the terms in more detail.
