Yalta European Strategy Brainstorming 2021

To be a part of Yalta European Strategy means to take on the same tasks as the participants of the event.

This year, YES is taking the first steps towards sustainable development and intends to inspire people to start changing the way of life that leads to global warming, loss and depletion of natural resources.

All the dishes that the participants tasted during the event were exclusively vegetarian and prepared from local products to minimize carbon emissions during transportation. This is important, because in partnership with KPMG
Ukraine, YES measures and compensates carbon emissions.

Creating a menu for an event of this magnitude based on these factors was not entirely familiar, but interesting. The happy faces of the guests during lunch showed that we managed.
