On November 20, 2025, an event took place that set a new vector in Ukraine’s automotive industry: the official opening of the first AVATR showroom. La Famiglia Catering had the honor of accompanying this launch by creating a gastronomic concept that matched the innovative spirit of the brand.

Gastronomic program

For the presentation, we chose a “fusion” format: a bold combination of flavors that reflects the progressive nature of AVATR. Interactive gastronomic zones became the main feature:

Tartare station: a culinary performance where the chefs’ mastery emphasized premium ingredients and attention to every nuance.

Sorbet station: a light and impressive menu element that became the perfect refreshing accent in the dynamic atmosphere of the evening.

It was a celebration of high technology not only in cars, but also in service.
